Do You doTERRA?

It’s funny the way we discover new products. For me it’s usually shopping the aisles of my favorite stores, picking up items I’ve read about in magazines. Some are hits, most are misses!

Over a year ago my best friend told me about a line of essential oils she was using and loving! Like her, I’m a busy mom juggling work and home-life, while trying find the most safe and natural products for my family (and myself!).

She had recently become a wellness advocate with doTERRA, buying their oils and natural products at wholesale prices. She hooked me up with samples of some of her favs: Lavender, Breathe, Frankincense, and in particular Deep Blue. I’ve suffered from lower back pain for years and my BFF was all too aware about my battle with it.

DoTERRA describes their blended oil Deep Blue as a soothing solution to ongoing discomfort. “Wintergreen, camphor, peppermint, blue tansy, blue chamomile, helichrysum and osmanthus work together to ease achy joints and sore muscles. Its effects are deep and penetrating with sustained results. Once gently rubbed into the area of discomfort, Deep Blue’s cool therapeutic benefit will be felt almost immediately.”

Fast forward to today and I’m using a variety of doTERRA oils on myself, my toddler and even my husband likes them! I’m now a wellness advocate too, and am constantly discovering new ways to use the oils. I’ll be making these awesome fizzing bath bombs soon!
