Teen Boy Support

Teen Boy

I grew up with 3 brothers, so I totally understand what it’s like to live with teenage boys! And after using these essential oils and seeing how beneficial they are for everything from head tension and sore muscles, to boosting mood and focus, my brothers really would have benefited from them 🙌

So up next in my Support Series, here’s 5 essentials for teenage guys…⠀⠀

Teen Boy Oils
1- Tea Tree Touch, this pre-diluted roller of Tea Tree essential oil with fractionated coconut oil, boosts the immune system, keeps skin and feet/nails healthy, even works as spot treatment for breakouts! Roll on topically and keep it on the nightstand for everyday use. ⠀⠀⠀
2- Peppermint Beadlets, just a 1/4 drop of Peppermint oil in an easy to pop-in-your-mouth-and-go beadlet. He can keep these in his pocket for freshening breath, a natural boost of energy, seasonal sinus support, digestive health & more!
3- Wild Orange, so fresh and happy, he’ll love the smell of this citrus oil, and you’ll love it when he diffuses it in his stinky room! He can use it to freshen the air, to boost his mood and immune system, even use it at night for sleep. Also tastes great in water and smoothies!⠀
4- DeepBlue, the Soothing Blend, in this easy-to-roll on Touch Roller, is pre-diluted with fractionated coconut oil. He’ll love this on sore muscles pre- and post-workout, runs, PE, sports, hiking, etc, and for the manual labor you make him do! It’s great for head and neck tension too.⠀
5- InTune, the Focus Blend, comes in a non-diluted roller to use topically for concentration, homework and studying, hyperactivity and focus. Every teen needs this!

See my Essential Oil Dilution Guide for tips on using these oils topically.⠀⠀
