Add 1 drop OnGuard and 1 drop doTERRA Lemon oil to a teaspoon of honey and swallow to soothe a sore throat or add to a cup of warm water.

In a 16oz glass spray bottle mix 1/4 cup white distilled vinegar, 1 cup water, and 30 drops of OnGuard.

10. DELICIOUS PANCAKES
Add a couple drops to your favorite pancake batter for a delicious cinnamon-y, spiced flavor!
