Basil has been my go-to essential oil over the years for mental fatigue (something that I am all too familiar with thanks to #chroniclyme). But I’m feeling like the world as a whole is suffering from it recently too.⠀

HOW TO USE⠀
Add a drop to hands, rub together and take several deep inhales from cupped hands, avoiding eyes. ⠀
Apply topically to the back of the neck at the base of the brain stem (always dilute for children, elderly and those with sensitive skin).⠀
Diffuse throughout the day. ⠀
